A former apprentice kitchen fitter who used his redundancy money to buy a drum kit. 'Ped' played
drums from the very early incarnation of the band (Sons of Egypt).
"If I wanted to be suave I
wouldn't throw wet toilet rolls out of the window. I'm no cool pop star, I just have a
laugh and people respect me for that."
